i want to know the patern of phd enterance exam in electrical engineering in iit ,Patna? Can someone please explain me the complete details on the same?

For admission in PH.D from an IIT you need to qualify GATE in your respective stream and appear for interview. Merit for admission will be based on these two stages.

Therefore, if you want admission in IIT Patna for your PH.D programme then qualify GATE. There is no other way of admission if you are just a B.Tech candidate. For post graduates there is exams like NET/JRF.
