Respected Sir, I want to apply for SET exam but I am not sure if I am eligible or not so can you tell me what is the qualification criteria required to apply for SET exam? What is the last date for Online application? When will be the exam conducted for this year? Please answer as soon as possible.

SET stands for State Eligibility Test. For this examination candidate must have passed Master degree with at least 55% from a recognized university. There is no upper age limit for appearing at the State Eligibility Test.

IMPORTANT TENTATIVE DATES FOR SET

=> Commencement of Online Form Submission = 15 Feb 2017

=> Last date for Applying Online = 11 Mar 2017

=> Last date for submission of Fee = 15 Mar 2017

=> Date of Examination = 29 May 2017

The candidates must have their Master's degree with minimum marks of 55% for general candidate and 50% marks for OBC/SC/ST/DT/NT/PH/VH candidates from a recognized University. There is no upper age limit. Candidate must have to appear on the subjects of their Post-graduation for SET exam.
Online registration started on 26th December 2016 and it will be closed on 13th April 2017.
Last date of payment is on 17th April 2017 and the admit card will be released on 22nd April 2017.
The exam will be conducted on 6th May 2017 whereas result will be declared on 19th May 2017
