What is the time duration to complete Ph.D?
Can I do Ph.D after MCA and what is time duration of completion of phd?

Usually, Ph.D in Computer Science duration is 4 to 6 years and you have to complete it within this duration only. In IITs there are normally flexible semester wise schedule for Ph.D program. You can use 6 (minimum) to 14 (maximum) semesters to clear your Ph.D program.
You are eligible for Ph.D in Computer Science only when you have got at least 55% marks in your MCA degree. For getting admission in Ph.D program you also have to clear entrance exam with good marks for getting admission.
