Currently it is perfect.
But my answer will be (needs improvement) anytime.........
development is continuous for you to earn money for the admin to promote it...
and the admin is doing in the perfect way..with TAPF and 1000 posts=Rs.1000 schemes

Its a very difficult for the moderators to give the points after evaluating each and every answer.So they are well aware with their work.So we should do our work(to type answers) and let them do their work(evaluation).NO doubt the point system is good and they are doing their work well.ONE SHOULD TRUST ON THE FORUM STAFF.

Yes,it's good for doing more for improvement and there is a competition is also which is necessary.

still i am not totally sure how the point systems are distributed.But one thing i would like to suggest is, it be would better if we could know how much points we got for a particular post.It will help us analyse our answers so that we can improve.However what the system is,i am not much worried about the points.I am getting to learn lots of things ,its really a wonderful experience.

I am not happy with current system .... is see many people are just copying others answers to get point.
Suggestions ::
1. More point shuld be given to quality replies. But now all are getting same points.
2.There should be a limit on the answers to which we can reply on per day basis. This will eliminate race condition between candidates.
3. those who copy deduct 5 marks from their points immediately as they they are getting benefits of other person's hard work.

yes..this is ok to get a scholarship anyone having an enough knowledge..

Winners will definetly vote for "Its Perfect"
But for me, it need to get improvement, the number of scholarships should be incresed
And please i request our beloved member to not to give absured answeres to any question, because many students follow these responses and i don't want them to follow these cranky and annoying answers.

The current point system is fine otherwise it would have been protested to be changed.

Current system is ok but it can be better if points are also added along with the post as it gives an idea that which type of post secure more points.
I also doesnt understand the point system as i always score same point for each post.

FROM any other sites this system is best....since nothing is perfect it do need improvement like....how to increase our answer to make good points and how they assign points for all...

ya this system is ok but provide seperate for jobs and studies

its good at present but still needs improvements like
1.should have detail description on points system.
2.some are getting more points and others are getting less.(need to elaborate)

I think Current Point system is ok. but you are needed to regularly investigate the quality of answer provided by user/forum member . You should check the answers daily of all upto 20 rank because i feel that you check answers upto 10 rank.

The point system is perfect for now and doesn't need any changes.

I have seen candidates with low quality answers and moving ahead of me in the points system but latter i see their position lying behind me.I only used to get 5 points for my answer earlier but after becoming a senior member in this forum i get 6 points for my answers.

In my opinion, the points system need to make some changes. Because irrespective of my quality matter and my valuable information,I am getting the fixed number of points every time for my answers.

This is leading to the unhappiness for me. Where is the difference for a person who tries to give quality answers to that of a normal person who simply answers for the sake of points.

I think this is perfect pointing system asfar i have seen but about improvement i can't say anythings because i don't know how does this system work

as the new member im unable to make clarity how actually the points are awarded to me apart from the attempt points that is 5 points which is getting by everyone but the moderator points are very important

It is perfect because admin is allotting marks or points on the basis of quality of answers which is major requirement of this forum where other people are coming just hoping that their problem will be solved so giving good points to member who is giving real approach as well as quality answer is absolutely correct.

i am new here and hence i don't know how it works. but after seeing so many post i can say that i am in favour of current point system.

It is impractical. You cant judge a person's overall ability by his grades. A more practical approach - like performance in a hands-on-training programme - can make it better

yes good as they give good marks for good answer and forum reviews the answer in every 3 days and for new comers forum is providing good marks to compete with senior member it is great !! i like it!!

and ya they decrease marks if your answers are not satisfied so be careful!!

I think some valuable answer are not getting due credit .... may be...

Perfection means different things to different people, often influenced by the spirit of personal advantage - yes, I realize that. Yet, I say the system is perfect, since our moderators are doing a commendable work checking the quality of answers and awarding points as per their relevance, content, flow, intention, language, motivational aspects and professionalist approach. They also repeatedly contact the members be it motivation to keep posting good answers or reprimandment for breach of rules. Anyone who wants some improvement can debate.

i think that the current point system need lots of improvement,
there should be equal points given to all the forum members and in the last depending upon the rank the member can be given extra points as bonus

the evaluation of marks distribution was completely in confusion
How was that ?
how we can know that our answer is the best answer? If there was something like introducing this is the best answer and increase in number of points basing on individual questions answered!
It is good to some extent the thing is we are not aware of which was the best answer among the senders

Not modernization, I think you should use another word like 'change'.

I think it needs some improvements. Answers should be given points on the basis of content.Then it would become perfect.

I think the current point system is not O.K.I feel the point system should be changed.The quality of answers i am giving,i feel that i am doing well when i compare my answers to others but my point system is still fixed which is leading me to De-motivate.I kindly lay down my humble request to the moderator to look upon the matter carefully.

Overall the Current system is good...

Buts in some of the places its needs improvement... For example, IF i have a Doubt and upload question in to the forum, But that was visible to everyone after the admin approved... So i must be wait until he approved for answers...

Like that small improvements are needed... Otherwise the Current system is good...

current point system is a kind of " ok-ok" case. just few moderation, transparency and change in the infrastructure is needed.

for good answers we have to put our efforts and to work hard

It's not perfect, it need improvement basically in reservation system.because many are misusing this system, so government must be careful towards this.

If its possible to mention the point given or deducted for a perticuler answer,
it will be great for the perticipant to know their weakness or the area in which they are strong....
