I am doing final year BE mechanical, I got ATKT in 3rd year. Also, in one semester I have 57%.
But, overall year wise percentage is above 60%. Is that I am eligible for IIT admission after getting well score in GATE exam.

For admission in IIT based on GATE score, you need to get your B.Tech degree first, which is the major requirement for admission. If you still have pending ATKT, then you will not be able to get degree for your B.Tech, which will make you not eligible for admission.

Hence, first clear your back papers and get your degree. Merely, GATE score is not the criteria for admission at IITs.

To get admission in IIT after completion of your B.Tech course with 60% aggregate marks, you should have secured good rank in GATE examination. With 60% aggregate marks in B.Tech course, it is difficult to get admission in IIT. You should have at least 75% aggregate marks in B.Tech course and should have secured less than 1000 rank in GATE examination to get admission in IIT for pursuing your higher studies.
