Yes, definitely you are eligible to pursue PGDCA after the completion of your B.Sc degree course in CA application, there is no problem in it.
Candidates those who have completed their B.Sc course in CA scoring a minimum of 50 percent of marks in it can apply for the Post Graduation Diploma course in CA from a recognized University.

PGDCA stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline are eligible to pursue this course. The duration of the course is 1 to 2 years. It is not necessary to have a laptop or computer for this course, but it will be beneficial if you are having that. As you have completed B.Sc with CA, so you are eligible to apply for this course.
