I am studying B.Tech. I have 65% marks. In my B.Tech.3 maths subjects are there. Am I eligible for M.Sc maths. I am from Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility criteria for M.Sc. in Mathematics :-

The candidate should have passed bachelors degree in Mathematics or have studied Mathematics as one subject in graduation with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.

No need to study M.Sc maths if you have B.Tech degree already. First of all what is your aim after M.Sc maths? If you want to go for Ph.D in maths then you can do it on the basis of B.Tech only.

If you want to become a lecturer then also you can apply for CSIR NET on the basis of B.Tech degree.

No, B.Tech students are not eligible for M.Sc in Mathematics.

Those candidates who have completed B.Sc in Mathematics from a recognized University are eligible for M.Sc in Mathematics.

Your age should be above 17 years.

Yes, B.Tech students are eligible for studying M.Sc Mathematics. There will be an entrance examination for the admission to the course. You have to clear the entrance to get a seat. The duration of the course is two years. The course is available in many institutions like,
