Which is better among CEED to study in IIT/IISC and GAT & MAT to study in NID, NIFT or MIT?

Hello,
I just want to know which one is better?
1. Qualify CEED to get join IIT/IISC?
2. Qualify GAT & MAT to join Design institutes like NID, NIFT, MIT, etc.? Please help me in this regard.
