Yes, you are eligible to apply for M.Sc mathematics course after completing B.A mathematics course.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc Mathematics :-

>>Bachelor degree in any field (minimum 3 years of course with Mathematics subject ) with minimum 50% in aggregate for general category students from a recognized university.

>>45% for SC/ST category of students.

>>An entrance exam followed by group discussion and interview might be there, depending on the college.

You have to visit the concerned university to get more information regarding the admission procedure.

I am really sorry to say that for being eligible to take admission in any IIT through JAM you must be having a Bachelor's degree from a reputed college also with minimum passing percentage varying for different categories.
