I finished my B.Sc course. Can I apply for M.Tech? Is there any course called M.Sc(tech)? If yes can I apply for it? What are the exams I should vouch for?

No, B.Sc degree holder candidates are not eligible for M.Tech course but M.Sc degree holder candidates are eligible for M.Tech course.

Those candidates who have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department are eligible for M.Tech course.

There is no age criteria but your minimum age must be above 18 years.

I am sorry to say you that you cannot apply for M.Tech course after completing your B.Sc degree course.
B.Sc students are not eligible for the M.Tech course but after completing M.Sc, candidates can apply for M.Tech course.
Candidates those who have completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent or having Master's Degree in Science are eligible for M.Tech course.
