yes u can, infact one can opt for iit, aiims & almost every equivalent exams provided your age matches the criterion.

After having completed +2 you can join in MBBS course which is a Medical course and this course is of a duration of 4 years.There are entrance exams which you need to write in order to join in this course.

The eligibility criteria needed for the course is that the candidate should have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education with Physics,Chemistry and Biology as subjects.The age limit needed is that the candidate should have attained 17 years of age.
