I am doing B.Tech from electrical and electronics branch, can I do M.tech in nanoscience or nanotechnology, if I get good score in gate. I am in third year.

No, B.Tech in EEE candidates are not eligible for M.Tech in nanoscience or nanotechnology course.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree nanoscience or nanotechnology from recognized university are eligible for M.tech in nanoscience or nanotechnology.

You are doing B.Tech in EEE so you are not eligible for M.Tech in Nano Science or Nano Technology.

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech in Nano Science or Nano Technology from a recognized university are eligible for M.Tech in Nano Science or Nano Technology.

Your age should be above 18 years.
