Can I do post graduation in Law being CS Trainee with M.com degree holder?


I have completed m.com from d.u and presently a c.s trainee.i want llb degree from d.u although i tried this year but could not get through.can i do llb post graduate degree from chuodhary charan singh university or some other university providing llb via distance learning.n with that can i do diploma course or some certificate courses from indian law institute.please reply soon..

Being an M. Com degree holder you can apply for LLB course. You can do LLB course only through regular mode.

Bachelor of Law (LLB). The duration of the course is three years which are divided into four semesters. There are so many colleges offering the LLB course.

LLB Eligibility Criteria:-
  • The Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university or college is must.
  • A minimum of 45% marks is required to participate in the admission process.
  • Reserved category candidates need to have 40% marks only.
  • Admission is solely based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination conducted by the Institution.
