hello
i completed my btech engineering course with ECE stream
two years later than actual course duration means in 6 years.
if i will get good score in GATE ,am i eligible to get admission
in iit or nit for doing m.tech.please rply sir waiting for ur response

Yes you are definitely eligible for getting admission...

**The only requirement for getting admission in IIT or NIT's is student must possess a valid GATE score card and must possess the graduation degree and it does not matter in how many years you have completed the degree....

**So in my opinion there is no need to worry about that the thing you have to worry to score good marks in GATE exam to have a fair chance of getting admission in IIT or NIT's..

Yes you may.

Since the basic criteria for getting admission for MTech in IIT or NT is 60%+ in Btech and high gate score. The year of completion is immaterial. The interview before admission is crucial and you have to pass it also. The interview will be for each institution admission.
