It depends on the university's eligibility criteria because different university have different admission criteria. Some ask for maths at class 12th level for admission in PGDCA course and some don't.

Hence, you have to apply according to the eligibility criteria. Universities like IGNOU offers course like PGDCA to any stream graduates but some other universities don't offer and ask for maths at 12th level.
