Upon successful completion of Diploma in Computer Science course, I suggest you to pursue Graduate Degree in order to find good job opportunities. Yes, the minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for most of the jobs based on Computer science field is "Graduate Degree" or a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.

As you have completed HSC, I suggest you to appear in Engineering Entrance Examination in order to join B.Tech/ B.E directly after 12th Class without wasting time. After successful completion of B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science you may find good number of job opportunities in Software companies.

as you have completed your diploma in computer science hence you have lot of job opportunities because in today's time there is lot of demand of computer. After completion of your diploma you can directly apply for the job in small companies and after gaining some experience you can apply in large companies moreover you can also go for degree in Computer Science if you want to get more standardised job.
There is lot of job opportunities for you hence you need not to worry about.

It is very good that you want to pursue the Diploma course in Computer Science after the completion of class 12th education.
To do the Diploma course, candidates must have to qualify in the Entrance examination conducted by the respective University.
After the completion of Diploma course, candidates can get direct admission in the second year of Degree course through lateral entry process.

There is good scope available for Diploma in Computer science course. After completing Diploma in Computer science course you can study B.Tech or B.E course through lateral entry.
