Can BE student join LLB course?


Sir/madam, i am a student pursuing 2nd year BE in oxford college of engineering, bangalore. Can i join LLB course in my future. Please guide me.

BE student can join LLB course but you should fulfill for below given criteria.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks from a recognized board then you are eligible LLB course.

The candidate age should not be more than 20 Years for under graduate course.

If you want to do Bachelor of law from top National law University of India, you must apply for the Common Law Admission test. The duration of LLB after bachelor of engineering will be only three years.

The minimum academic qualification required for CLAT exam is 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 45% marks in it.

The age limit is 20 years for general and OBC candidates and 22 years for SC /ST candidates on 1st July of year of examination.
