Yes, of course you can do company secretary through distance mode. Those candidates who have completed their graduation can directly apply for of Intermediate course. So, you can directly apply for the executive course after completing B.Com course.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary Exam. This course is divided into Foundation programme, Executive programme and Professional Program.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Foundation Programme
The candidate should have appeared and passed 10+2 from a recognized university.

Executive Programme
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University and final year students can also apply.
