Eligibility to apply in 5 years Integrated LLM course for 12th Science student?
Hello,
I want to do 5 years Integrated LLM course. Right now I am in 12th Science. So, after my 12th I can apply for this course? Waiting for your reply. |

Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements for LLM degree
Candidates seeking admission to LL.M Degree under Semester Scheme should have passed the LL.B Degree of the Bangalore University of any other recognized University having secured 45% in the aggregate of 3 year / 5 year LL.B Degree Examinations and also must have secured 50% marks in the subject of specialization. A weightage of 5 percent of marks shall be given to the candidates belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribes. Mode of Admission There shall be a common written test and Viva-voce for all the eligible candidates for deciding the admission to the course. There shall be 100 marks (one hundred for the test, out of which 50 marks (fifty) shall be allotted to the marks obtained in the LL.B Degree Examination. 30 marks for the written test and 20 marks for viva-voce. The candidate shall secure not less than 40% of marks in the aggregate of written test and Viva-voce for the purpose of selection to the semester course. Specialisation Criminal Law, Business Law, Labour, Capital and Law, Environment and Legal order, Constitution and Legal order . |
