You want to take admission in M.Tech program without GATE score. Following are the entrance exam through which you can take admission in M.Tech program without GATE score:

--VIT Vellore

There are some other universities too. But these are the top institutes in which you can take admission without GATE score. Normally the notification for filling of admission form starts in the month of January or February of every year. So in my opinion you have to regularly visit the websites of these institutes to know about the notification for filling the form.
