It's good to see that you are interested to become an Lecturer. To become a Lecturer, you need to appear and get qualified in National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) which is conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) every year. Since, that you have 10 years of experience in Human Resonance HR in Corporate sector, you may get preference at the time of interview. Eligibility Criteria for NET Exam:- The applicant should possess postgraduate course in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. The required percentage of marks are relaxed up to 5% for candidates who belong to reserved category. The applicants who belong to SC/ST category need to score 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
