I have done my LLB. Now i want to study CS. How can i do it?

The Institute of company secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts company secretaries (CS) examination.

CS examination has three stages which are Foundation, executive and professional course.

The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing CS examination is that teh candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board of education.

As you have done your law course you can appear directly for executive course.

The examination is held twice in a year in the month of June and December.

Yes, course you are eligible to apply for Company Secretary after completing LLB. Selecting Company Secretary after LLB is a very good option. After completing Company Secretary with Combination of LLB will enable you to get a job opportunity in a reputed company as corporate Lawyer/Legal Adviser.

Company Secretary Eligibility Criteria:

- The candidates who have passed the XII class are eligible to apply for Foundation course.
- Graduation is the basic qualification required to undergo the Intermediate.

Those candidates who have completed their Graduation are directly eligible to apply for a Company Secretary Intermediate course.
