Hello sir, I am an Indian and Civil Engineer, living in Afghanistan. I want to study M.Tech in Civil Engineering in distance mode from India. Thus, could you please give me the information about some universities where I can apply for the related course?

M.Tech in civil engineering is not a distance mode course and you have to attend regular classes for it. There is no chance of a distance mode M.Tech degree in India.
Just get admission in a regular M.Tech through entrance exam like GATE or any state level engineering PG entrance exam.
