Is it mandatory to clear MCI screening test to apply for PG course in abroad?


Hello.

I am a medical student studying in china. After i complete my degree, i am planning to do my post graduation from abroad. So my first query is that which country should i prefer for post graduation and secondly after post graduation will i have to clear MCI screening test to practice in India ?

If you want to practice in India them clearing screening test conducted by MCI is very essential. For post graduation on medical field abroad you don't need screening test but for practice in India you definitely need it.

Hence, it depends on your aim. If you want to practice then be prepared for screening test after completion of MBBS.
