Minimum percentile required in GATE to study M.Tech in NIT, Kurukshetra for B.Tech 8th semester student?
Hello Sir,
I am pursuing B.Tech 8th semester and now I want to do M.Tech from NIT, Kurukshetra. So,what is the minimum percentile requires in GATE to get admission? With Regards Dipti Goel |

If you want to get admission in NITs then you must have at least a score of above 90 percentile. This is the minimum for a General category candidate if we go by the previous cut offs.
The cut off for admission is low for candidates who belong to SC/ST/PH. Therefore, it will depend on your category and also the number of seats available in that stream. The cut off for popular streams is usually high. |

For an NIT you have to get at least 90 Percentile.
For an admission into MTech, you have to fight the GATE examination, for admission in all the Govt and deemed universities. The eligibility criteria for GATE is * The candidate should be at least 21 years at the time of application. * The candidate should be in the final year or have passed the final year of the qualifying examination as mentioned by the GATE Concil. |
