Can I change my Passport from ECR to NECR with my NIOS Certificate?
Respected Sir, I have completed my class 10th from NIOS Board. I already have a Passport which is ECR but I want to change it to NECR but they refused it. I want to know can I change my Passport from ECR to NECR with my NIOS Certificate? If yes then please tell me the procedure.

You can apply for the said change but they will review your application and then take the decision. As you have already said, that they have rejected your previous application for the change.
There must be a reason mentioned for the rejection. Just find out the reason and apply this time carefully. |

Sir i have passed 10th and 12th from nios...
But in both records my name is not correct.. Just a little bit mistake in name Now how can I make correct it? And what documents are required for changing? |
