Back Office Job: Refers to jobs which are carried out by the Supporting staffs in a firm basically for completion of the tasks done by the core employees. Job roles may vary from operations, finance, human resources and other secretarial roles as well.

The common eligibility criteria for applying this job is as follows,

-> Candidate should have completed 12th (sometimes Graduation in bigger companies)

-> Physically fit with ability to do the work and complete on time.
