Hello,
I have got an offer with both CTS and Infosys.
I have completed my B.Tech in CSE.
So, which is better for me to join?
I am really confuse between these two companies.
Please help me friends.

First of all, congratulations for getting selected in two major IT companies, CTS and Infosys. Both CTS and Infosys are very good companies and you can choose as per other criteria like job location, job designation. The training of Infosys is considered to be tough but one of the best in the world, so you get to learn a lot in Infosys while CTS offers many onsite opportunities. Growth is moderate in both the companies and both are doing well in the modern market. However, CTS will not have any bond while Infosys will have. The initial training of Infosys is fixed which is Mysore while CTS can post you anywhere across its branches in India for training. Hence analyze the above mentioned factors and job designation given by both companies and decide accordingly as per your own personal interest. It is better to go for the one who gives you early joining.
