Which companies can spend CTC 6 lakhs
on the students who will get jobs after B.tech...????

Most of the MNC companies coming in for campus placement offers only 3.5 - 5.0 Lakhs CTC. Companies which are providing above 6.0 Lakhs will be the dream companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Ebay, Deloitte etc. but then the selection process will be too difficult where you need to ensure that you put your best to get the job.

It's not that its tough to get job in those companies but it required hard work and skills to ensure that you get the job in those companies as there will be at least 3 technical rounds to find out if you are really skilled. Usually these companies will not come to all colleges for campus placements so you should be studying in some Tier 1 colleges to get these companies for placements. If not you need to find out the information on off-campus placement happening for these companies which is pretty much rare.

If you are studying in a Tier 1 college then for sure you will be getting companies which provides 6 Lakhs CTC a lot. If not it's pretty much difficult to get it rather get a job in some MNC companies which provides you 3.5 Lakhs CTC and later with experience you can jump in to the bigger product companies.
