Growth opportunities for Software Engineers in Expertise IT?
I would like to know about the growth opportunities which a Software Engineer has in Expertis IT. Can I know the growth opportunities over there if I get selected for Software Engineer post?

You can definitely have growth opportunities in Expertise IT. Initially you need to spend good amount of time to showcase yourself. For the first two years there will not be much growth as you will be in learning phase initially and working as well. During this time, you can expect hikes which will be based on your performance. After two years you can expect promotion and that too will be based on your performance and contribution to the company.
