With 10th qualification you can't become a Hotel Manager. You need to complete Master Degree in Hotel Management in order to become an Hotel Manager.

Steps to become become a Hotel Manager:

-> First complete MBA in Hotel Management or It's equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

-> Join in any reputed Hotel as a executive level.

-> Gain experience in Hotel field as much as possible.

-? After gaining experience you can get Hotel Manger for sure.
