To apply for the job in UK you must need some reference. Without any reference you can not directly apply for the job in foreign country.
So, you need to find some consultancy that can provide you with the job in foreign country that is they can outsource the resource from India.

Also you need to be very clear about your job role and all. So, based on the job role as well as vacancy you can apply for the position int he particular company and you need to check with the consultancy about the opportunity to go to onsite.
