I have been fail in my standard 9th means on my 8th pass my age is 42 years and now I have suffer more for the job my English is fluent I always apply for the good post like Coordinator, or manager post. I get the positive reply from the company, but when company HR ask to submit the certificate, I ask the HR to give me a day I will submit tomorrow. I have to leave the opportunity of the job. For getting any post in a company, either you should have experience in the same field or a qualification related to the same field. Just make sure that you have an attractive CV.

Selection will be based on the performance in the interview. Hence, make sure that you have prepared well for it.
