TCS basically recruits through the following stages:-
Written Test
Technical Interview
HR Interview
Sometimes both technical and hr interviews are taken at the same time.

For written test, you need to be thorough with the aptitude, verbal ability. For this you can practice a lot of previous year TCS questions here.

For technical interview, you need to have good domain knowledge atleast in 1-2 subjects and also proficient in basic programming like palindrome, reversing a number, etc.
