How to prepare for Muthoot PO group discussion?

Muthoot is a group of Financial institutions based on India. It has branches in some other countries also.

For the Probationary Officer position there is 3 steps in recruitment.

1.Aptitude test

2.Group Discussion

3.Interview.

enerally for group discussion you have to keep in mind some points:

1.Try to start the discussion

2.Never be negative at any point even if somebody is against your opinion.

3.Try to maintain the tone in professional level.

4.Be IN the discussion

5.Never digress from the topic much

6.Do not say anything personal

7.try to conclude at the end

8.Make sure that every participate in discussion. If somebody is not getting a chance give them a chance by your motion.
