Recruitment process for TCS BPO -
There will be 3 rounds.
1-Written test(you have to solve aptitude questions.)
2-Technical test(you should have knowledge of basic of software languages like c, c++, Java, data structures, database, etc).
3-HR round consists of two rounds technical and managerial. In technical they just simply asked about your basic knowledge.
In managerial round they checked your presence of mind. You have to proof yourself.
