I have just completed graduation in physics. I have joined tcs bpo through campus placement. But now i want to move internally from tcs bpo to tcs it. How to do that?

It is not possible for you to switch from TCS BPO department to TCS IT department. This is because this kind of switch is quite difficult especially if you do not have expertise in IT field. Since you are a graduate in Physics, so TCS will not allow such a switch unless there is a strong reason behind it. You need to have certification in IT field and then look for the internal opportunities in order to find scope in such a technology and then apply for the position. It will be quite easier to switch if you can have referral from any of the employees in the IT department of TCS sector.
