Attend the job fairs. Some of the companies in job fair accept the application for the job and even conduct on the spot interview. Some job fairs are industry based. How to get the job easily? Is this ethod easy?

Yes, ofcourse job fair's seems to be a best option and a easy medium to get the job but it depends on certain factors which as follows,

-> If you are trying for IT jobs then big IT giants like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Nokia Solutions, TCS, Accenture, Satyam etc. won't be participating on it. Only small scale IT companies will be there. So, if you are ok to get job with small companies then you should attend the job fairs to get the job soon..

-> If you are searching for jobs other than IT then job fair's should definitely help to land you up in a good job on your field.

-> Many jobs provided from Job Fair's will be of demanding money from the candidate and then giving them job which later be refunded as part of your salary, this type taking in candidates usually happens with the small scale industries and it's not actually good for freshers as many company will just shut down in middle after getting the money too.

-> In case you are not sure about the company which shows up in the job fair then the better thing to do is "Google", search for the company which you are planning to join from the job fair and try to jot down the employees from Facebook and ask them for suggestions to get more idea on the company.

If you find yourself a good job fair and you are still without a job after college then it's 100% sure you need to attend it and make sure that you get the job after you come out from the fair. Never think that what will be your future when working in small companies? Just get the job and work for 1-2 years and with that experience you can apply for the bigger companies in your field.

To the best of my knowledge, many of the job fairs which will be conducted at various locations across India are not genuine.

If 10 companies are conducting recruitment procedure, out of those only 1-2 companies will provide job offers to the candidates. Don't think that all job fairs will not be like this.

So, have good preparation for the selection procedure and crack it.

The kind of company in which you will be placed at fresher level will be having impact on your career.

Starting itself, if you start you career with MNC, obviously in your upcoming companies, you will be given higher job designations and onsite opportunities will be huge.
