The tasks that you should perform basically include budgeting,staffing,profitability,cost containment,planning and more.Generally a good qualification with minimum of 60% eligible to become General Manager in the Mining department.It would be very better if you have work experience in the field,it would be helpful even for demanding salary.So if you have experience in the field then you may find various career opportunities.
