You have completed BCA through distance learning so you are not eligible for HCL.

Eligibility criteria of HCL recruitment:-

1)Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for HCL is 60%
2)You should not have any pending backlogs.
3)Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for HCL recruitment.

Sorry to inform you, but you can not get Job in HCL after distance learning BCA.

As these companies require minimum 60% marks in the through out the career and the degree should be regular.

So my suggestion to you is that you can apply in some other good companies for the following types of the positions as given.

** Database Administrator

** Independent Consultant

** Information Systems Manager

** Systems Administrator
