How to prepare for it?

Walk-in interviews doesn't have a particular time for companies they are happening every day which means whenever a company is looking for new employees they just announce for a walk-in interview wherein candidates will undergo the selection process to get the job.

Most of the walk-in interviews are for the experienced candidates while the freshers are taken in campus and off-campus drive but there are walk-ins for freshers as well but not that common in MNC companies.

Now if you are fresher then probably you need to look onto campus and off-campus drive which will give you a good opportunity for getting a job soon and if you are out of college then probably you need to dig in the information of various companies walk-ins.

Just prepare a good resume and post it on to the big job portals online and also talk with your friends circle and put the word to many as possible that you are looking for a job so that others can refer to the job when they get some notifications.

Make sure you are prepared for the walk-ins before you apply to them. There will be 3 rounds 1) Written Test 2) Technical Interview 3) HR Interview if you are fresher, if experienced then only interview will be there for the selection process.

It's always better for a fresher to get selected in campus and off-campus because coming out from college and searching for walk-ins will be bit hectic but still you there are numerous small scale companies who are ready to pickup freshers so it's just you need to dig out the information around you from friends circle who are already working in various companies and apply to it with the referral which should give you a job
