INFOSYS BPO TO TECHNOLOGY:

Chances are very minimal when a candidate wants to change from Infosys BPO to technology field. Since it's more like 1 in 100 will get that chance . Just try to follow the below points,

-> Start working in BPO maybe for around a year and make sure that you do your best in the work.

-> Talk with the HR concern and your Manager when you have the one on one meeting and let them know that you are really interested to join the technology side as you have done Engineering and can do better over there.

-> Meanwhile you can start applying for core jobs outside in different companies as well, so that if you get a better opportunity you can always jump there to technology side.

Hi, I am working in Infosys BPO in horizontal of Accounting and finance, how can we move to the IT and which certification we need for that?
