Should I move to Capgemini if working in CTS from 7 years?
Respected everyone
I have working with CTS for 7 years... Currently got placed and offer from Capgemini.. Should I take the offer or should continue with CTS? please advice me...... |

Well most of people switch to CTS from Capgemini. CTS focus merely on IT services but Capgemini foucus on IT, Business Consulting and Outsourcing as well. You have more technology options with CTS.
If your job purely Technical related than don't switch and continue with CTS. If other than Technical than go ahead with Capgemini. |

Taking decision to join other company depends on what you are expecting? If you are looking for hike and Capgemini is offering you the best hike, then it is good to move to it. But, as you have 7 years of experience with CTS, you will be getting more promotions from here on frequently, if you are still with CTS.
So, first let me know your expectations and I can help you in taking decision. |
