I would like to know that what kind of skills required to become a Tech Support employee in HP Enterprise? I am willing to join for this post in HP Enterprise and preparing for the interview. Kindly tell me about the skills which is required for getting this job?

>> Must be able to solve OS related queries

>> Good Communication Skills are required

>> Must be able to provide remote solution to the problems and explain the solution

>> You must be able to deal with the wide range of products using a powerful information database
