Can you please tell me what is the role and responsibilities one hold to become a Device Associate in Amazon.Com, Inc? Please let me know the role and responsibilities as I want to join this company. Thank you!

Being a Device associate in Amazon.com, your role and responsibilities are :

** You have to sort out all problems related to bugs.
** You have to perform different tests on new releases.
** You have to capture all required data on regular interval basis.
** You may have to any work in MS EXCEL, WORD etc.

In order to become a device associate you need have following experience as well as responsibilities:

1. You must be knowing about the device working and their principals.
2. You must have knowledge of different types of devices as well as their classes.
3. Basically device associates are junior or backup resource of the original resource
who are taking care of these things.

ROLE of device associates are:

1. Look for the device proper functioning.
2. Check for the device error or the issue.
3. Upgrade the device if necessary.

Responsibilities are:

1. keep the device up to date.
2. Make sure of device proper functioning.
