Yes, if you performed well in the company then your chances to get selected as a permanent employee is very much.
SO, what you have to do to get in as a permanent employee in Ashok Leland is that, just concentrate on your internship and nothing apart from that.

You must complete all your internship task on the date specified. You must be known as one of the important resource in your batch.
These qualities will make you the milestone for the company and they will for sure hire you.
