BBM course is a graduation degree course. There are following government jobs after competing BBM course :

Sub Inspector in State police department
For the post of IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS through Civil Service exams
For the post of grade II officer in different central government departments through SSC.
For the post of PO and clerk in Bank through IBPS exams.

In private salary package varies from 2 to 4 lakh per annum. Salary increases as per experience.
