I have heard that Amazon is paying too much to their Transportation Operations Specialist. The pay is above Rs. 30000 per month. Is that true? If yes, then why they are paying too much?

We can't put our opinion in favor as well as in against of the salary grievances by the Amazon to its employee, as this is their internal case. And it depends on the Amazon whom they want to give how much of salary.

One thing i can clarify you that, the salary package is based on many things such as:

1. your Work Profile.
2. Work Domain.
3. Negotiation skill during hiring.
4. Experience of Work.

So, these are the factors on whose basis salary package is calculated.

Amazon pays high salary to their employee that is try but we can not say exact amount what they pays to what kind of job profile employee, as these are the internal things of amazon and the amazon employee can say or they knows about it, we outer people don't have much information or negligible information related to the salary structure.

But, one thing we can make you sure that yes, they pays high salary to their employee.
