Selection Process of CTS Company:
The selection process of CTS company basically consists of 4 rounds which are, >> PPT (Presentation) about Company: * PPT is around 30 to 35 minutes >> Written Test * Concentrate well on Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude or Numerical Aptitude, Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning >> Technical Interview (Technical Round) * Get good command over all the programming languages namely C, C++, Oracle, Java, .NET, Linux, PHP, Data Structures and UNIX. >> Personal Interview (HR Round) * Introduce yourself, your achievements, Goals and all about you. |

The criteria for selection in CTS company as given below.
SELECTION CRITERIA ** The applicant should have Minimum aggregate marks of 60% or above in the first attempt in each of your Class Xth, Class XII th, Graduation and Post-Graduation examination. ** Only Full time courses will be considered ** The Candidates with work experience of more than 3 years are not eligible to participate in the TCS Selection process. ** The applicants should be minimum 18 years of age to be eligible to apply for the TCS Selection process. |

Every year Cognizant Technology Solutions are recruiting hundreds of students as Software Engineers, Programmer and Developer. B.E is the eligibility to get a job in CTS. The aspirant must have a good academic record of 70% in 10th, +2 and B.E is required considering all subjects and semester. No arrears will be accepted at the time of interview. The aspirant has to clear the AMCAT test with good marks for the job in CTS.

Criteria for selection in CTS company :
Candidate have to pass aptitude exam conducted by the company. After aptitude exam candidate have to appear in technical interview. Short-listed candidates will have to appear in HR interview. After HR interview candidates will be notified of their selection. Eligibility to appear in CTS selection procedure : Candidate must have passed graduation with more than 55% from any recognised university. Candidate must not have any live backlogs. Candidates must not have more than 1 year gap between his or her studies. |

Eligibility CTS is You must have 60 % over all in your academic career 10th=60% 12th=60% Degree=60% Masters=60% There should be no backlogs Max 2 years gap is allowed |

- Online written test ( Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability) - Technical Interview - HR interview - The exam is conducted by Aspiring Minds. Good practice with conceptual knowledge will help to overcome this step. - The technical interview is also conducted by majority interviewers who are from Aspiring Minds. - Technical interview will comprise questions from your domain, training/ internship/ project and IT programming skills. - HR round will be to test your attitude and communication skill. |
