I am an engineering final year student from Electronics and communication Engg. I want to know what does Management round consist of? And also what do i need to focus on to get through the MR round?

Management rounds consists of :-

- Small technical case studies or HR questions.
- Puzzles
- Case study to test analytical and problem solving skill

You need to focus at the right approach to a problem. Your analytical and problem solving skills are tested in this round. You should have good communication skill as well to express yourself during this process. Try for the right approach to the solution of the problem.
